WHAT'S
IN THE COACHES CORNER? |

|
|
|
|
EDIT LINES* |
|
You can specify what players you want on which
lines. *Special Note: The Commissioner is not responsible
if the computer sims your game with players that you do not specify!
Once you have your lines worked out e-mail the comish
with your assignments. mail@WilliamMartin.com |
|
TRADE |
|
Make trades by contacting the owner of the team
via their e-mail. Just click on their name in the teams
section. You can drop players and pick them up out of the
available players list. Send
your requests to the commissioner. |
|
STRATEGY |
|
*Note that this is an option and if you do not
specify a strategy then the computer will default to games (NHL
2000) original settings. Instructions: Pick an offense
and defense pressure. For example I might want my forwards
to drive the net and my defense to stay back. For this I would
choose 100% offense and 20% defense pressure. Then pick a
strategy for offense, defense, power play, and penalty kill.
For example I might choose Funnel offense, Zone defense, etc.
Your picks are to be e-mailed to the Comish before 8pm the
day before your game. Another note is that you should keep me
posted on your line-up order. Otherwise the computer (your assistant
coach) will assign positions. Hint: Click on the Links below to see a detailed explanation
via our clinic page. |

WATCH YOUR GAME |
|
If you wish to watch your game (highly recommended)
this is what you do. Get a-hold of the comish (Bill) and let
him know the day before the scheduled game. Schedule a time to
watch it. Ticket prices: A burger, fries, and a soda (preferably
from BK). The games are very much like the real thing and
with a couple of beers it could be a great time. If you want
period updates or other requests call the comish. This is only possible of course if
you live near the Comish. |
