Out of the Hospital

Okay, so I am back out of the hospital and just had time to send you a quick note!

I have had problems for a while now and was just getting myself to the doctor thinking I had an ulcer. But it wasn't an ulcer. I didn't make it to the doctor but Wednesday had to be taken off my bus and sent to the hospital. They admitted me. Thursday morning they ran a scope down my throat and took pictures. They said I have gastritis, which is caused from Bile and Acid reflux. I had my gall bladder taken out several years ago and this is one of the causes of this. Besides stress. I guess my little flapper just isn't working the way it is suppose to letting the bad things into my stomach. So they sent me home Friday afternoon and now am taking three types of pills to get better. I am still sick, but I think today that I am improving.

Well had a lot of problems with my laptop and had to call gateway. Thank goodness it is still under there little warranty, but tried a few things and now I think it might be working right. If not I will have to send it off and get it fixed. Which sucks because it is right before I go on my trip to see my parents.

Yes, I am already planning this trip, getting things prepared. Making a list of what I need to take considering I will have the two boys and be at my parents for a whole week. I am soooo excited. I will be leaving on the 14th at 5am. Then I plan on stopping by and seeing the Grand Canyon for a couple of days. Then I should be at my parents on the 19th. I plan on staying for 7 days and leaving that following Thursday. I have to be back in Missouri by Sunday because Monday is my day for route picks for the following school year. Then of course the rest of the week I will be busy with all day meetings and such.

Well I can't chat for long. Must get a few things done this evening while I am still feeling perky. Will try and be online Tuesday but can't say for sure if I will be online. Depends on how I am feeling at the time.

Spring

Spring is finally here. I am so glad too! We all know what that means. Pictures, pictures, pictures. The weather here is fantastic for the most part. Temperatures are in the 70's during the day with some in the 60's. Sun is out and helping the tree's and flowers bloom. We have had a lot of storms here, but it seems they all go around us.

I like this time of the year, the kids and I usually go to lots of places and have picnics or just enjoy the nice weather. I have a lot of plans this year. I want to take the kids out to Smithville Lake again this year and do some swimming or just to sit out and barbeque. I want to take the kids camping also this year at Watkins Mill. They really haven't got to do that, and I know they will all enjoy it except for Jeremy. Also I am planning a trip to see my parents this year. I am taking the two boys along this year. Shanelle already has been down there a few years back. So I figured it was Deano and Harley's turn. One of these days I will take Jeremy down. He is the most difficult when it comes to traveling so I am hoping he makes a few changes before I bring him down. Also this year I want to attempt to chase a tornado and capture some really neat photos from that. Recently I have been fascinated with how tornado's work and really haven't seen a tornado. So I figured here is my time, and I would just capture the photo to show my family back at home.

I will be so glad when school is out. I am really tired of driving busses and would like to find a different line of work. Hopefully someday, I will be doing what I love to do. Chad is working every other weekend, so our time is limited anymore. Sundays is the only time we can get together and figure out the bills and talk about the kids and stuff. We do leave notes periodically throughout the week, but it just isn't the same thing.

Deano is getting ready to have a birthday, he'll be 7. Harley will be having a birthday in July, right before we head down to see my parents. He'll be 5. In June he will start Kindergarten and go to summer school. He'll be gone all day then and I will need to figure out what I am going to do in my free time. Maybe I won't be such a grouch anymore, lol.

Jeremy is doing very well, minus the accidents he has. He doesn't go outside much, and I don't know if it's because of the neighborhood kids or if he is just a homebody. Shanelle is doing extremely well here at home. Not causing any problems like she was doing, with help from her medicine. She is usually helping me around the house, hanging out with her girlfriends or chatting on the phone with her new latest thing. BOYS. I am so not ready for that stage.

Skyler is doing well. However, we only see her every other weekend and this summer we will have her for 6 weeks. Shanelle and her fight a lot when they are together, of course, that's what sisters do.

Well not sure what else to report. The animals are doing just fine. Get ready to see some more pictures of the kids and all the fun we do this summer. Chad's Uncle bought a new camcorder and now I will be also doing videos for everyone back at home. Just something to show you how fast they are growing and to show you what brats they can be.

Sorry I haven't blogged for a while, but my time is so limited. Still trying to get extra hours at work, and then taking pictures on the side for people, plus trying to spend time with family is really ruff. Deano comes home with 1 to 1 and a half hours of homework each night, and that is just one kid.

Hope this finds you all doing well, have a great Easter. And will keep in touch.

My Sucky Week

Well I don't even know where to begin. Harley got sick over the weekend so I had to rush him to the doctor, found out that he had strep-throat & Scarlet Fever. Yeah, pretty nasty stuff. He was covered with this rash from head to toe. He wasn't feeling very well this afternoon, but he's upstairs jumping up and down, so I know he's feeling better this evening.

Niko ran away and I cried about it yesterday. Today I just keep hoping he will show up. I think someone seen him and kept him.

Someone stole my trash can the other day. Yes as stupid as it sounds, they stole it and I know it was my neighbor.

Well don't know what else to write, I am just not in the mood tonight since it's so soon with Niko being gone. Well hope your week is better then mine. Ta Ta
