I just set a new PR for this

I just set a new PR for this course 14:54.7. I was out just testing my AT. My AT today turned out to be 168 today and when I reached the finish line my HR was 170. I wonder how much faster I could be going hard from the start (I started TT(ing) 10 minutes before the start)?
