• .1 mi: Bridge
• 1.6 mi: Junction Schwartz Creek Rd, go straight on West Fork Schwartz Creek (4245).
• 5.1 mi: Fork, stay right on road most traveled (4245).
• 5.8 mi: Junction Moccasin Ridge Road (on right), stay left and continue forward.
• 7.0 mi: Fork to Elk Mountain (left), stay right.
• 7.3 mi: Multiple junction. Hard right goes to moccasin Ride, 2lefts go to Elk Mountain and Middle Fork Schwartz Creek (dead ends).  Go straight on 4245 (south west) around bend, road most traveled.
• 9.9 mi: Roads on right (Moccasin Creek Trails) for another half mile, stay straight.
• 10.6 mi: Holloman Saddle (multiple junctions). Go North on trail 2127 (Left)! Straight is Miller Creek Road, Left is Schwartz Creek Rd back to Clinton. The divide trail also goes South (left) along ridge.
• 11.5 mi: Fork, go straight (left). Right is logging road.
• 11.9 mi: Fork, go straight. Right is logging road.
• 13.5 mi: Fork, head left (straight), right is Logging road (Little Park Creek).
• 14.19 mi: Road comes in from left (Miller Peak Climb), stay straight.
• 14.2 mi: Fork, head hard right, straight goes 50 feet and forks out to Miller Peak and a logging road.
• 14.5 mi: Gate
  14.6 mi: Logging road on left going downhill. Take this route! Do not go straight.
• 14.9 mi: Drop down to lower road. Go hard right (east).
• 15.5 mi: 5 way junction. Stay away from the left road and road going up the ridge (left). Go straight, staying off the road to the right (south east). You will be going around ridge to the right now.
• 16.1 mi: Logging road comes in from the right, stay straight.
• 16.8 mi: 5 way junction. Stay left, do not take any of the right side roads (3 of them). Go 50 feet and head south (staying left) to go downhill.
• 17.6 mi: Junction. Do not go straight, take a right continuing down hill.
• 17.9 mi: Fork, head left downhill, avoid going right uphill.
• 18.1 mi: Hairpin corner to the right!
• 19.9 mi: Logging road comes in from the left, stay straight.
• 21.1 mi: Fork, stay straight (right), avoid going left.
• 21.3 mi: Logging road comes in from the left, stay straight.
• 23.7 mi: Logging road comes in from the right, stay straight.
• 23.9 mi: Junction, stay left going straight North West and avoid going to the right.
• 25.3 mi: Road comes in from the left, stay straight over the saddle and into the Deer Creek Drainage.
• 26.6 mi: Bend in road head left (north) in the apex and follow small singletrack up the hill. Singletrack is barley visible.
• 26.8 mi: Junction with road.  Head left!
• 26.9 mi: Fork, head hard left. Straight goes to parking lot as well.
• 27.3 mi: Road turns to singletrack and heads steeply down to the right. Head down the gully.
• 27.6 mi: Junction with Sam Braxton Trail. Avoid going left or right and head straight for 10 feet and then veer left. Stay on sigletrack most traveled.
• 28.2 mi: Junction with wide ski trail/ hiking road. Go right to the parking lot.
• 28.3 mi: Parking Lot!
