Rural Canada
This is part 8 9 in a series of blog posts that I am dedication to my favorite photos of 2009. Today's inductee and now a resident in my "Culture" photo album is "Rural Canada". I took this photo July 22nd, 2009 at 1:31 PM some where between the Canadian border and Calgary.
Not the best quality (my Canon SD1000 point and shoot was blurring the edges) but I like the blue and green horizontal colors that make me feel at rest. The photo shows the agricultural landscape of Canada which is slightly different than in the US. Our silos and farms don't look so neat and tidy for some reason.
This of course was one of the great memories of mine as I was traveling up to the World 24 Hour Solo Championships with my friends Sten, Bob, and Rich. I was actually driving when I took this. One handed right out the window.
